Fine Dining was formed in late May of 2001 by singer/guitarist Zac Courie after
leaving his former band Intertwine.Originally having trouble finding other musicians,
Zac paired with Chris Walls in what was planned to be a two-man band consisting
of guitar, bass, and vocals only...but...that didn't work out so Zac's final
decision was to go solo. Zac came up with the name Fine Dining out of a joke
between he and his brother West. After playing three shows as a solo act, Zac
decided to try "jamming" with a friend (J.C.) and it seemed to click very well.
About a week or so later Zac ran into one of his junior high buddies and remembered
that he (Andy) played drums, so Zac talked to him about joining the band. After
Andy opted in, they decided to ask Chris Walls if he would like to give Fine
Dining another try, now that it's a full band. After the first practice the
four musicians came together, bringing forth yet another Emo/Hardcore band...
